Skanska is one the biggest construction companies in the world and provides all the services connected to civil engineering, development of commercial and residential projects. Skanska Reality is one the three biggest development companies in Czech Republic that operates here since middle 90’. In last 5 years this company sold more than 2500 apartments in many projects mainly in Prague and its surroundings.
Despite the current situation on the Czech real estate market, where demand exceeds supply, the company was not afraid to invest in new technologies that will differentiate it from the competition and offer those interested in new real estate a completely new customer experience. Skanska Reality was thus looking for a solution to this challenge. The secondary requirement was to reduce the time of sale of real estate to the necessary minimum.
For Skanska Reality, we created communication content for all projects in their offer. We used our comprehensive Relevate VR software and provided the client with a very effective tool for shortening the decision-making process of his clients. We have equipped the client’s point of sale – Skanska Home Center with a touch widescreen in combination with professional virtual reality headset. The solution includes, of course, a web presentation of the project using an already modeled 3D VR environment, an unlimited number of client renders, a standards configurator and the production of PanoBoard – Cardboards VR5 viewers, which the customer takes away from the point of sale as a gift.
Skanska Reality uses all communication channels that our Relevate platform offers and is able to very effectively convey a personal experience and a sense of presence from living spaces that are still being prepared or built. We have connected a sophisticated configurator of standards offered by the seller to the client’s internal system, thus saving even more time. Our solution for Skanska Reality is a prime example of how Relevate platform can shorten, streamline and make the sales process of development projects more attractive.

Thanks to the VR application from PBRDigital, we have taken recruitment and employer branding to a whole new level. The aim was to show that working in KFC is also fun and we succeeded.
Experience of our events were unique and eye-catching, the idea is very innovative so we managed a unique campaign for it. Everyone was happy to trying to reach the highest points of the VR game.
